Once we've built your website, it’s up to you to maintain and update your website... you'll be in control. We provide training on how to use the Joomla content management system, but we understand sometimes you may not have the time or resources to update your own website.
We can provide ongoing support for your business - here’s an outline of our Support Packages available:-
Why should I purchase a Support Package?
Once we’ve built your website and provided you with Joomla training, it’s up to you to edit and manage your own website. By purchasing a Support Package, you will have peace of mind knowing that we will provide you with support if you or your staff encounter any issues maintaining your website.
What will be covered under my Support Package?
Support time includes any of the following:-
- updating content on your website
- adding new pages to your website
- time spent in consultation
- telephone and email support about how to use Joomla
What is not covered under my Support Package?
Support covers all areas of your original website specification as per your original quote. Support does not cover website enhancements (unless minor), IT support or PC support. Support does not cover search engine optimisation (SEO). Email and website hosting queries should be directed to your hosting company.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are not covered by a support package then our rate for support will be $140 per hour.
