Marketeam began with a discovery session to understand Koorda’s Crew’s mission, audience and content priorities. We mapped the key user journeys — from landing on the homepage, to learning about workshops, to contacting the team — to ensure visitors could easily find relevant information and feel invited to engage.
Marketeam collaborated with the client to refine key messages and organise content in a friendly, accessible way. We provided training so the Koorda’s Crew team could confidently update images, descriptions, workshop details and news themselves post-launch.
